HEADPHONES

Two new sets of headphones have been acquired.   See the top shelf of the Laptop Cabinet for the headphones.  Be sure to check the headphones out to students: 4 HOUR LOAN PERIOD!

Fines have been eliminated for Alverno Library General Collection materials.  After nine days patrons with overdue items are billed for the cost of overdue items.   When the materials are returned,  the billing fee disappears from the patron's record.  Most SWITCH libraries are adopting a similar policy for their general collection materials.  

Fines will still be charged for Overdue Reserve Materials,  Overdue Laptops, and Media Hub Equipment.   Some SWITCH libraries will continue to charge fines for overdue audiovisual materials or for materials from their special collections.

The Music Scores have now been relocated to the North End of the 2nd Level of the Stacks.
